Jeffrey Feingold, is the founder and Managing Partner of Tax Point Advisors, Inc. He focuses primarily on our northeast practice, sharing time between offices in Boston and NY, although he also works with CPAs and their clients in our other offices across the U.S. For the past six years, Mr. Feingold has worked with hundreds of companies across the U.S. in assisting them to successfully claim millions of dollars in research and development tax credits.
Mr. Feingold began his career in the corporate tax practice of Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in corporate taxation, particularly state and local taxes. He then moved to industry, with 15 years experience, in roles ranging from CFO to CEO in a variety of companies, with particular focus on the research and development/technology sector. He was a CFO for Harte-Hanks Communications, Inc. ($1b public company, TX), for Ogilvy PR Worldwide ($200m, NYC), and for the University of Chicago's National Opinion Research Center ($100m). His international experience includes a role as CFO for Altran Group ($1b, Paris), Europe's largest technology consultancy.
Mr. Feingold received his B.S. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He frequently conducts CPE seminars on research and development credits for CPAs across the U.S., and also conducts speaking engagements for state CPA societies and a variety of industry associations.
He resides in Massachusetts with his family and their Saint Bernard, Basset Hound, and "Potcake" (a native dog rescued from the Turks & Caicos islands).
Alan D'Entremont is our National Technical Director, based in our Midwest office in OH, and travels from coast to coast in support of our CPAs and their clients' R&D tax credit claims.
While majoring in mechanical engineering in college, Mr. D'Entremont took a co-operative technical position at a local valve automation company in Cleveland. After college, he continued to work for the company in technical roles for over 14 years, performing a wide range of technical duties related to the design, development, installation, and service of valve automation systems for a variety of industries, including commercial electricity generation, natural gas transmission, municipal water and waste facilities, paper production and recycling, and oil & gas refining and production.
Mr. D'Entremont was also the founder of a technology company specializing in Internet multi-media development. The company was an active partner with Progressive Networks in Seattle, WA in the development and implementation of the RealAudio/RealVideo media-streaming platform. He served as President and CEO of the company for 5 years prior to selling his interest in 2003.
Mr. D'Entremont has spent the past 6 years in lead technical/project management roles in the research and development tax credit field. He has assisted over 100 small to mid-sized companies claim between $30m and $50m in Federal and State R&D Tax Credits.
Mr. D'Entremont resides in OH with his wife, two daughters, and their Chihuahua and Jack Russell Terrier. His personal interests include music production and performance.

Rob is a certified public accountant and attorney at law, and has worked in various accounting and tax positions over his 20-year career, including senior roles in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Rob started his career in public accounting, with national accounting firms. In later years, Rob transitioned to various private corporations, in industries such as steel, structural engineering, and electronics manufacturing.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Idaho, and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. Rob lives in Massachusetts with his fiancé, their German Shepherd and two Greyhound rescue dogs.
